Key Qualifications

As an agronomist and previous contractor, Gordon Jaaback has hands on experience in the application of technical aspects in the execution of work under strict budget control. Over a period of 20 years his construction company completed projects in coal mine reclamation, slope stabilisation, erosion control and the construction of sportsfields and golf courses.

Operating as a specialist consultant in the UK since 1987 his intimate knowledge of construction and contractors has given him a good insight into budget control, the right equipment and operators for the job and - most essential of all - the proper planning needed to complete the work. Consequently his technical publications incorporate practical aspects in site development and maintenance.

The ongoing maintenance of all areas under grass cover remains the ultimate factor in determining the success of the project. He is well equipped to plan, direct and control this vital work and - more important - make technical decisions to overcome difficulties and problems that are sure to arise.
